BW 8014 is a special modified anti-fogging UV-curable resin. Amphoteric groups are introduced into the side chain of the main structure and can be fully fixed in the cross-linked network structure by UV. It has feature of hydrophilicity and water resistance, to achieve a long-lasting anti-fogging function. With the characteristics of fast curing speed and relatively good hardness, used for for applications in industry and daily life that require
long-term anti-fogging.The coating film made of the resin changes the hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties of the substrate, in that case, before water molecules form water droplets, they are evenly distributed on the surface of the object,forming a nano meter water film. The incident light will not produce a scattering effect, maintaining visual clarity and transparency to achieve the anti-fogging function.
