UV Additive Photoinitiator to Improve Reactive Speed
Molecular formula: C22H21O2P
Photoinitiator for UV-curable based coatings, adhesives, inks and printing plates. It is typically consumed in acrylate resins based systems in concentrations ranging from 1% to 4% by weight.
It offers the advantage of good shelf stability, and fast and thorough cure of coatings. It is compatible with acrylate resins, acrylate monomers and oligomers for use in UV-curable systems. Suggested dosage: 3-7%.
Precautions: Low operating temperatures may affect the solubility of the product. If insolubility occurs, it is recommended to heat and stir the mixture. The suggested temperature is around 40°C.
